In each session of Focusing-Orientated Counseling you will be guided, by your practitioner, through a series of steps which bring you deeper and deeper into your self. They will bring attention to your body and lead you to become aware of the subtle level of knowing, called "body wisdom" also refered to as "felt sense." It is a powerful tool for clarity and emotional healing which is a gentle and natural way to resolve inner dialogue waiting to be explored.
Children to adults use Focusing, as it is helpful to people who feel stuck, and/or are experiencing different types of stress due to dealing with addition, physical illness or trauma.
